IGN reports that voice actor Jim Ward, best known as Ratchet & Clank’s Captain Qwark, has died at 66. Health issues since 2021 (severe COVID-19 and later Alzheimer’s) kept him out of Rift Apart. Ward’s extensive game credits include Resident Evil 4 (Krauser), Metal Gear Rising (Doktor), Diablo 3, Guild Wars 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, KOTOR, Call of Duty, Dragon Age, and more. Fans and colleagues shared tributes.
