rncbc.org updates Qtractor to v1.5.12 and Vee One Suite to v1.4.1 for Linux

Open-source Linux audio tools updated: Qtractor 1.5.12 adds audio capture latency compensation, MIDI import and step-input fixes, aux-send processing order fix, export/merge safeguards, and relative LV2 state paths. Vee One Suite 1.4.1 (synthv1, samplv1, drumkv1, padthv1) now bundles DejaVuSansCondensed; instruments ship as JACK clients and LV2 plugins. All GPL-licensed. Useful for game music/sound design workflows on Linux.
